The safety cutter is made from black plastic and a metal blade and is designed for the easy and quick opening of one time use hand restraints. If these are made of plastic or textile does not matter - the blade cuts through it without a problem. Yet it offers safe handling and protection against injuries. Covered with plastic and set back the cutter can be held and handled easily. Additionally it is positioned in a safe distance to the wrists and arms of the arrested individual during the taking off of the restraints.
Practical and mobile

The compact safety cutter is equipped with a metal ring and therefore can be put on a set of keys or connected through safety clothing through a chain. Hereby the useful tool is at the ready at any time. Of course the safety cutter can be used for other tasks as well, for example the cutting of cable ties, parcel twine and threads.
