Ball cuff with spikes and O-ring
Sometimes a sub deserves to be disciplined a little more than usual. This SM ball cuff with spikes and O-ring is particularly suitable for this.
It is easy to operate: Open the ball cuff (it has a lock that is opened using an Allen key), place the scrotum inside and lock. You can then turn the sharpened screws at the sides in, depending on the degree of stimulation required, to stimulate the scrotum in an extra-painful manner.
We have attached an O-ring to the front of the SM ball cuff. In the blink of an eye, additional accessories such as weights or a lease can be attached.
